Email 채널 플러그인

Email 채널 플러그인은 Core가 렌더링한 알림 메시지를 SMTP로 전송하는 alert_deliver 플러그인입니다. 알림 의미, rule 평가, recipient 선택은 Core가 담당하고, 이 플러그인은 SMTP transport 검증과 전송을 담당합니다.

특징

• STARTTLS, TLS, plain SMTP 연결 모드를 지원합니다.
• Core-rendered subject/body를 언어별로 선택해 전송합니다.
• recipient profile language와 connector fallback language를 반영합니다.
• timeout, retry count, backoff를 제한하고 transient SMTP 실패만 재시도합니다.

등록 전 확인

• SMTP host, port, sender address, security mode, username/password를 준비합니다.
• test recipient를 설정하면 connection test와 실제 test message 단계를 구분해 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 메일 서버 정책상 sender, relay, TLS, auth 제한이 있는지 먼저 확인합니다.

운영 팁

• password와 SMTP auth 정보는 로그나 action response에 노출되지 않아야 합니다.
• stable Message-ID와 diagnostic header는 downstream mail tracing에 활용할 수 있습니다.
• recipient routing은 connector 설정이 아니라 Core alert route와 delivery payload에서 결정됩니다.
